The project involves relocating OIT from the 6th Floor to the first floor of Building 21, including demolition, concrete, masonry, miscellaneous steel, carpentry, thermal and moisture protection, openings, finishes, specialties, equipment, furnishings, fire suppression, plumbing, HVAC, integrated automation, electrical, communications, electronic safety and security, earthwork, exterior improvements, and utilities. The contractor must also provide a price breakdown and calculation of self-performed/subcontracted work, and comply with all specifications and drawings.
