This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; Proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
The solicitation number for this procurement is F2X3B36236A001 and is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). The work consists of furnishing all plant, labor, equipment, and materials, and performing all operations in connection with the commercial refrigeration equipment replacement, component removal, and related services at the Officer Training School (OTS) Dining Facility, Riverfront Inn Dining Facility, and the Dining Facility Warehouse coolers. The work includes removing and disposing of existing systems, providing and installing new condensing units, evaporator coil assemblies, copper piping, fittings, insulation, electrical connections, and necessary mounting hardware, evacuating and disposing of legacy refrigerants, and recharging systems with new refrigerants. The contractor must also perform site restoration, daily clean up, and comply with all applicable codes and standards.
