This is a solicitation notice for one (1) Electric Tow Tractor in accordance with the Performance Work Statement. FOB Destination is Tinker AFB OK.
Any questions related to this Solicitation need to be submitted in writing two (2) days prior to the closing date stated on page 1 of the Solicitation.
Quotes will be accepted on or before the closing date stated on page 1 of the solicitation.

Please provide a written statement to explain how your company is going to meet the technical evaluation criteria listed in FAR Clause 52.212-2.
The contractor must provide one (1) seated, battery-powered towing tractor meeting detailed specifications including: solid pneumatic tires, tricycle wheel configuration, minimum tow rating of 12,000 pounds, minimum top speed of 6 mph, turning radius not exceeding 75 inches, dimensions not exceeding 85 in long, 40 in wide, and 60 in high, power steering assistance, foot brake and parking brake, safety features (headlight, side lights, flashers, hazard lights, backup alarm, horn), battery rated for minimum 6 hours of use, and battery compatible with a 48V charger with a gray Anderson SB series connector. The delivery company is responsible for moving the tug to the back of the trailer for forklift access.
