AK FLAP ANCHORAGE 2021(1), Far North Bicentennial Park Enhancements

The project work is located on the Eastern side of Anchorage, Alaska in the Far North Bicentennial Park along the North Gasline Trail. The work includes a Trail Bridge approximately three-quarters of a mile South of Klutina Dr Trail access, a North Boardwalk 1.2 miles from the Basher Drive Trail access, and a South Boardwalk 1.4 miles from that access point. The bid schedule includes items such as mobilization, construction survey and staking, contractor quality control and assurance, contractor testing, construction schedule, soil erosion control, clearing and grubbing, removal of bridge, roadway excavation, select borrow, separation geotextile, structural backfill, gabions, roadway aggregate, structural concrete, reinforcing steel, prefabricated steel bridge, timber bridge railing, structural timber and lumber, helical pile, pipe culvert, vacuum truck, general labor, turf establishment, and temporary traffic control. The project has a Base schedule and one Option schedule (Option Z).
