The contractor shall provide new perpetual RealSAM Dialog Licenses (in blocks of 500) and annual license and technical support for both new and legacy licenses. The support includes operating and maintaining the My Talking Books Alexa skill, which enables NLS patrons to search the NLS collection, manage their BARD Wishlist, stream audiobooks, and manage their Bookshelf via voice. The contractor must also provide technical-support services, monthly status reports, bi-weekly license reports, and attend monthly status meetings. The contract is an IDIQ with a five-year ordering period and a $3,000,000 ceiling.
