The contractor shall provide a complete Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution including project management, implementation, configuration, development and delivery of all required integrations, data migration, testing, training, deployment, ongoing maintenance, technical support, software updates, and system enhancements throughout the contract period. The solution must support matter lifecycle management, workflow automation, legal spend management, docketing and calendaring, integration with NetDocuments, reporting and analytics, vendor management and collaboration, and role-based security and access controls. The contractor must design, develop, configure, test, and implement one bi-directional integration with WMATA's Oracle Fusion ERP environment. The contractor shall conduct a minimum of three configuration review iterations prior to deployment and provide role-based training. The contractor is responsible for complete migration of required data from WMATA's existing LawBase environment (estimated 185GB). The solution must maintain a minimum uptime SLA of 99.9 percent, use AES-256 encryption for data at rest and TLS 1.2 or higher for data in transit, and maintain current SOC 2 Type II certification.
