Hoteling and Conference Room Scheduling Software Solution

The contractor must provide and implement a COTS/SaaS hoteling and conference room scheduling solution for approximately 350 bookable spaces and 2,000 end users. The solution must include a web-based platform accessible from computers, tablets, and mobile devices; integrate with Microsoft Office 365 and Active Directory; support floor plan display and reservation management; provide reporting and real-time utilization data; and meet cybersecurity requirements including SOC 2 Type II or FedRAMP Moderate/High. The contractor must deliver a Contract Management Plan within three weeks of award, complete system delivery within 90 business days, and provide ongoing maintenance and technical support. The contract includes a 30-day acceptance testing period, and contractor personnel requiring unescorted access must undergo background checks.
