Cleaning Contract for Edinburgh

The cleaning contract requires services five days per week, four hours per day. Daily duties include general cleaning of office spaces, kitchens, restrooms, and entrance areas; surface cleaning, floor mopping, high-level dusting, internal window cleaning; disinfection and deodorization of restrooms; cleaning of kitchen appliances; operation of cleaning machinery; exterior cleaning; and waste removal. As-needed services include pre-occupancy and end-of-lease cleanings, cleaning during office moves or special functions, emergency response cleaning, and light maintenance tasks. The vendor must provide one permanent cleaning staff and three backup staff, all of whom must complete the Overseas Vetting Questionnaire and obtain security clearance. The U.S. Consulate will provide cleaning supplies; the vendor is responsible for PPE. The vendor must also provide a Hazard Risk Assessment, RAMS document, training records, and SDS.
