Enclosed is a Request for Quotations (RFQ) for Building Maintenance Services for the Japanese Language Training Center (JLTC) in Yokohama, Japan. If you would like to submit quotation, follow the instructions in Section 3 of the RFQ, complete the required portions of the attached document, and submit it to the email address shown on the Standard Form (SF) 1449 that follows this letter.

The contractor shall perform scheduled preventive maintenance and inspections (PMI), standing work orders, routine unscheduled work orders (up to 25 per year, each up to 40 labor hours), emergency stabilization (up to 10 callouts per year, each up to 5 labor hours), and routine building inspections. Work includes HVAC system switchovers, inspection of heat pump units, split-type air-conditioning units, circulation pumps, power cisterns, chemical pump units, fan coil units, electric hot water heaters, lighting fixtures, ventilation fans, storm/waste/soil water drain systems, fire extinguishers, fire safety systems, the 6.6kV electrical distribution system, and the vehicle gate system. The contractor must provide qualified technicians with relevant Japanese licenses and an English-speaking representative.
