The contractor will fully inspect and photograph the aircraft, power wash it, sand all surfaces, fill seams and repair metal panels, prime and paint with PPG 360 Urethane, apply markings and stencils, secure all openings, treat landing gear, and clean the area upon completion. Work must be performed in designated areas at the 174th Attack Wing, Hancock Field ANG Base, 6001 East Molloy Road, Syracuse, New York 13211. The period of performance is 60 days. The contractor must comply with all security, safety, and environmental requirements as detailed in the SOW.
