The contractor must produce 140,000 desktop day planner pads, each consisting of 12 day planner sheets (July 2026 through June 2027) plus a base sheet, collated in sequence, padded with black book cloth and chipboard backing. The pads are printed in 4-color process plus spot varnish, with perforation, wire stitching, die cutting, and application of double-sided tape. The product must be shrink-wrapped in units of 25 and packed in mailing cartons, then palletized and delivered to Staci Americas in Suwanee, GA. The contractor must provide PDF and preproduction proofs, and submit samples for approval before full production.
