ND J CLARK SALYER NWR HERBICIDE APPLICATION Amendment 0001 to attach statement of work, treatment map, and wage determination.
The contractor shall map noxious weeds (Leafy Spurge) and chemically spray those areas on refuge lands, using herbicides provided by FWS. Treatment areas include Unit G-2 (approximately 730 acres, with an estimated 600 acres to treat) in Bottineau and McHenry County, North Dakota. The contractor must follow approved Pesticide Use Proposals (PUPs) and product labels, use Method 240SL or Plateau herbicide, maintain a ND Commercial Pesticide Applicator license, carry $1,000,000 commercial liability insurance, comply with Worker Protection Standards, and submit pesticide application records and GIS shapefiles within 30 days of treatment completion.
