This requirement will be procured in accordance with Revolutionary Federal Acquisition Regulation Overhaul (RFO) Parts 12, 15, and 16.
The Contractor shall provide comprehensive Information Technology (IT) services, technical expertise, program support, and specialized capabilities necessary to sustain, modernize, secure, and optimize the Agency’s enterprise systems and operations. Support under this contract encompasses the full lifecycle of software engineering, system integration, infrastructure management, cybersecurity, fraud prevention analytics, emerging technologies including Generative AI and enterprise‑wide program and contract management functions. The Contractor shall supply qualified personnel, tools, methodologies, and resources required to meet evolving mission needs, ensure operational continuity, and uphold compliance with all applicable federal standards, policies, and directives. The scope includes Software Engineering, Integration, and Management Support; Architectural and Infrastructure Support; Cybersecurity and Fraud Prevention and Analytics; GenAI, Emerging Technologies, and Technological Convergence; and Contract Management.
