The contractor shall provide labor, parts, tools, travel, diagnostic equipment, etc., necessary to perform all services located in the Optical Fabrication Lab, U.S. Army Medical Materiel Center-Korea. Installation shall tentatively begin after contract award based on a schedule coordinated with the government POC. Installers shall be certified by the manufacturing company and follow all OSHA regulations and manufacturer instructions. Within 30 days of completion of installation, the vendor shall provide written verification that all equipment is ready for normal daily operational use and provide two sets of operator manuals. The vendor shall also provide training within 30 days of completion of installation.
