The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control necessary to conduct a Comprehensive Drinking Water Cross-Connection and Backflow Prevention Survey to support Selfridge Air National Guard Base (ANGB), Michigan, water integrity as defined in the Description of Service.
The awardee will have access to the previous report completed in 2020.

The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control necessary to conduct a Comprehensive Drinking Water Cross-Connection and Backflow Prevention Survey to support Selfridge Air National Guard Base (ANGB), Michigan, water integrity. The contractor shall identify and document all unprotected or under-protected drinking water cross connections, catalog all existing backflow prevention equipment across approximately 184 buildings, determine cross-connection control requirements, assess the adequacy of protection, installation, and testability of approximately 184 known existing backflow prevention devices, identify appropriate backflow prevention devices for unprotected and under-protected cross connections, and provide a final report identified by each building that includes findings for each location, device type, and discrepancy, including projected cost estimates for all work, installation, repair and/or replacement of devices.
