This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.202(b), as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Kansas Air National Guard, McConnell AFB, KS is seeking to award a firm fixed price contract to vendor to complete work consisting of removal and replacement of six gas meter's in accoredance with the statement of work.

Brand Name Justification
The contractor shall furnish all labor, expertise, equipment, materials, facilities, transportation, and appliances necessary to remove existing gas meters in Buildings 16, 33, 35, 41, 42, and 48 at McConnell AFB, and install thermal mass gas flow meters (Sierra Instruments 620S-BT-L04-M0-ENZ-24V-V3-DD-9-MB-M1). The scope includes pre-installation site assessments, provision and installation of dedicated power sources, physical and software integration with existing DDC systems, pressure testing, commissioning, and site cleanup.
