The Embassy of the United States in Gabon is launching its solicitation on the SAM.gov website.
The purpose of this fixed price contract is to obtain Gardening services for the U.S. Government at Libreville. The Contractor shall perform services in designated spaces.
The anticipated performance period is for a base year, with three one-year option periods, if exercised by the Government. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered.
The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price type contract.
The Government is planning a pre-quotation conference and the date for this conference is specified in the solicitation.
All contractors have to be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database

The Contractor shall perform complete gardening and landscape maintenance services including lawn care (cutting, edging, trimming, weeding, turf repair), pruning of trees/shrubs/hedges, leaf removal, debris removal, watering, fertilizing, pest and disease control, and provision of all labor, materials, and equipment. Services are performed at the US Embassy Libreville Chancery, with standard services delivered Monday–Thursday 08:00–17:00 and Friday 08:00–13:00. The Contractor must submit a Grounds Maintenance Plan, provide a trained horticulturist, and maintain insurance as specified.
