This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products prepared in accordance with part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.
Solicitation number FA301626Q0270 is issued as a* *request for quotation (RFQ) for seven (7) 4-ton Bard HVAC units or Equal to include decommissioning, removing, replacing and disposing. Performance and delivery will be located at Building 1472, 3290 Corporal Johnson Rd, JBSA Fort Sam Houston, TX.
This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov.
The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, and fully licensed, certified, manufacturer-authorized HVAC technicians to decommission and remove seven existing 4-ton Bard wall-mounted HVAC units, procure and install seven new high-efficiency 4-ton Bard units or equal, connect to existing electrical systems and ductwork, ensure EPA Section 608 compliance, conduct water-tightness testing per AAMA 501.2, provide factory-authorized startup, and deliver a closeout package including training and disposal manifests.
