The scope of service includes crack repair, cleaning and sealcoating approximately 22,430 sq ft of asphalt pavement surface (1000 ft driveway) and approximately 13,185 sq ft of asphalt pavement surface (parking lot), and re-striping of the parking lot. Specific tasks include asphalt cleaning and surface preparation, crack repair of cracks wider than 1/4 inch with hot pour crack sealant, application of rubberized asphalt emulsion sealer (1-2 coats), restriping of parking areas and all pavement markings as currently configured, and setting up barricades to block treated areas from traffic for 12-24 hours.
