CTX Annual Fire Extinguisher Inspection

The contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials and related items necessary to perform annual maintenance and 5-year, 6-year, 10-year, and 12-year maintenance, including recharge and hydrostatic testing, on 5lb, 10lb, stored pressure chemical, carbon dioxide, water, water mist and wet chemical fire extinguishers of all classes and ratings in accordance with NFPA 10, with onsite collection and return using temporary replacements and escorts, recordkeeping by full serial number and building and room number, and provision of documentation and a full completion report.
