BSA is procuring these services to cover objectives, such as environmental monitoring, environmental sampling, or waste characterization to cover three separate areas; (1) Limited Radiological Contract requiring New York State Department of Health (NYSDOH) Environmental Laboratory Approval Program (ELAP) certification; (2) Limited Non-Radiological Contract requiring NYSDOH ELAP certification; and (3) Full-Service Contract, which will cover the analysis of all samples including waste samples and requires NYSDOH ELAP certifications. This requirement is a follow-on to three subcontracts that are currently in place with two contracts, one radiological and one full-service.
The Contractor shall provide chemical, microbiological and/or radiochemical analytical services to BSA in support of activities at the BNL site. The work includes analysis of samples for environmental monitoring, environmental sampling, or waste characterization under three potential contract areas: Limited Radiological Contract, Limited Non-Radiological Contract, and Full-Service Contract. The Contractor must provide all required sample containers, transport samples to the laboratory, and dispose of samples after analysis. Deliverables include a PDF data package, an electronic data deliverable for the BSA Environmental Information Management System (EIMS), and a NYSDEC EQuIS EDD file. The Contractor shall also provide a monthly estimate of anticipated accrued earned value.
