The contractor shall provide both normal business hours and after-hours coverage of intraoperative neurophysiologic monitoring (IONM) services including providing certified technicians, equipment, instrumentation and disposable accessories required for accurate monitoring. Services include monitoring for spine surgery, neurosurgery, interventional neuroradiology, cardiothoracic surgery, vascular surgery, general orthopedic surgery, and otolaryngology. The contractor must ensure on-call technicians are on site within 45 minutes of notification for emergent cases. The contractor is also responsible for maintaining licensing, credentialing, and board certification for all technicians, completing mandatory VA training, and complying with all applicable VA directives and privacy/security policies.
