The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, parts, supervision, transportation, and other items necessary to properly maintain all Samsung GC85 Digital Radiographic Systems and wireless detectors owned by CNVAMC. Services include unlimited routine/emergency service during normal workdays (8am-5pm, Monday-Friday), with a 2-hour phone response time and 8-hour onsite response time for emergency maintenance. Preventive maintenance shall be performed per OEM specifications at least once per year per system. The contractor must use only factory-trained service representatives and OEM replacement parts. The contractor must also maintain a sufficient stock of parts and provide service reports and PM documentation.
