Solicitation number N6883627Q0007 is issued as a Request For Quote (RFQ), for Washer and Dryer Lease and Maintenance Services at Naval Submarine Base (NSB) Kings Bay, GA. The services to be furnished under this contract provide Washer and Dryer Lease and Maintenance Services in support of naval personnel at NSB Kings Bay. NSB Kings Bay provides support to the fleet, fighter, and family by maintaining and operating facilities of the Trident submarine force. In support of naval personnel, the provision of washers and stacked dryers in the housing facilities are required in conjunction with the maintenance of the appliances.

The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items to perform all operations for washer and stacked dryer lease and maintenance services. This includes furnishing, delivering, and installing commercial top-load washing machines and front-load electric stacked dryers that are in good working order and no older than 4 years. The contractor must perform all necessary preventative maintenance, maintenance, and repairs to keep equipment in proper working order, including weekly on-site preventative maintenance inspections. The contractor must also post operational instruction signs, respond to repair requests within seven calendar days, and replace unserviceable units within five working days. The work is to be performed at Buildings 1041, 1053, 1068, and 1070 at NSB Kings Bay, GA.
