The contractor shall provide all tools, equipment, materials, labor, supervision and personnel to complete the Upgrade Life Safety/Critical Branch Electrical Distribution Construction, including installing a dedicated life safety branch with automatic transfer switches and distribution equipment on each floor of Building 1 for Tasks 1 through 3, upgrading or replacing distribution equipment to exceed expected fault current for Task 5, and correcting equipment code violations for Tasks 6 through 26, with work in occupied medical center buildings and phased night and weekend work as specified.
