These services shall result in all systems being serviced under this agreement being in good operational condition when activated. This work is to be performed on systems accessing the Chiller Yard areas of the building.
The contractor shall provide all necessary labor, tools, materials, and equipment to perform annual preventive maintenance on one Airstack Modular Chiller (model ASF030XM, 3 compressor modules, 1 pump module, 1 control unit). Tasks include checking and calibrating chiller controls, inspecting electrical connections, checking refrigerant pressures, cleaning coils, inspecting fan motors and pumps, taking oil samples, and performing operational tests. Also included are annual maintenance of motor starters/VFDs (5 HP to less than 100 HP) and electronic control panels. The contract excludes repairs, which will be handled separately. The contractor must provide trained technicians, maintain an inventory of expendable parts, and submit a signed checklist after each service. Work is performed at the Chiller Yard of the U.S. Embassy Maputo, Avenida Marginal nr 5467, Maputo, Mozambique, between 8:00 AM and 4:30 PM Monday through Friday.
