Offeror must provide ALL required documents listed in FDIC Provision 7.3.2-09 General Proposal Instructions.
Offeror must provide ALL items with matching Part Numbers in Attachment B1 - Price Schedule.
Offeror must complete and submit Section K of the solicitation.
Offeror must be an Authorized Reseller/Partner of JFrog or be the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM).
The CO may contact JFrog to confirm the Offeror's reseller status.
AMENDMENT (P00001)
This requirement has been amended to correct a typo with the Pricing Schedule for the option period dates. The due date has now been extended through 12pm EST on 10/14/2026.
Offeror must provide ALL required documents listed in FDIC Provision 7.3.2-09 General Proposal Instructions.
Offeror must provide ALL items with matching Part Numbers in Attachment B1 - Price Schedule.
Offeror must complete and submit Section K of the solicitation.
Offeror must be an Authorized Reseller/Partner of JFrog or be the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM).
The CO may contact JFrog to confirm the Offeror's reseller status.
Questions are due no later than 12:00pm 10/6/2026 to Christina Brooks (chrbrooks@fdic.gov) and all quotes are due no later than 12:00pm 10/9/2026.
The contractor must provide a self-managed base package of JFrog Artifactory and JFrog Xray for 30 projects with 24/7 SLA support (quantity 6 for Artifactory and Xray), plus JFrog Enterprise X for 50 users (quantity 3) for the base year. Option years include a Unified Security Bundle with Advanced Security, Curation, and AI Catalog for 200 contributing users, and optional add-on quantities of 50 users for JFrog Advanced Security. All items must be delivered in accordance with the Price Schedule, with non-tangible items submitted to DITSoftwareMgt@FDIC.gov and the Oversight Manager.
