DESCRIPTION:
The Embassy of the United States in Gabon is launching its solicitation on the SAM.gov website.
The purpose of this fixed price contract is to obtain trash collection services for the U.S. Government at Libreville. The Contractor shall perform services in designated spaces.
The anticipated performance period is for a base year, with three one-year option periods, if exercised by the Government. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered.
The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price type contract.
The Government is planning a pre-quotation conference and the date for this conference is specified in the solicitation.
All contractors have to be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database

The Contractor shall furnish all personnel, equipment, and supplies to perform trash collection and waste disposal services at designated pick-up locations. Standard services include twice-weekly pick-ups of trash at the main Embassy compound and each residence, cleaning and disinfecting dumpsters and receptacles, removal of debris and litter, and maintaining a pest and odor control program. The Contractor must submit a Waste Collection Plan, provide a trained sanitation specialist, and ensure all work is performed between 0800-1700 Monday-Thursday and 0800-1230 on Fridays. The contract includes a base year and four one-year options, with a minimum of 96 pick-ups per contract year and a maximum of 2000 pick-ups.
