Two weeks prior to commencing work, the contractor will provide a pumping schedule in writing to the designated COR. Disposal of liquid and solid waste must be at a state licensed treatment facility. Onegume fish cleaning station holding tank and Stony Point dump station and fish cleaning station tanks shall be completely emptied of all waste, including trash, each time they are pumped. Holding tanks shall be completely emptied of all waste, including trash. Vault toilet holding tanks shall be completely emptied of all waste, including trash, rinsed, and have at least 100 gallons of clean water added after being pumped clean. The contractor will properly dispose of all trash pulled from tanks off Forest Service land. Some tanks and vaults require pumping more than once a year and are noted on the Schedule of Items List. Not every tank on the Schedule of Items will need pumping every year; in the spring, the designated COR will provide, in writing, a list of tanks to be pumped that year.

One prequalification covers both — on this bid and the next.
A surety’s written statement that it expects to bond you up to a stated amount, subject to final underwriting. It’s what an agency asks to see before they take your bid seriously.
