The contractor shall perform the required specified tasks and all implied tasks required by the Statement of Work. Please see the attachments to this announcement for the solicitation and supporting documents.
Questions are due to the contracting officer and contract specialist by 17 September 2026. Questions submitted after this date may not be answered prior to the closing of this solicitation.
The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, and material to remove and dispose of the existing damaged steel rolling door with pass door and motor operator, and furnish and install two new 16' x 14' heavy duty steel rolling doors, each with a 3'0" x 7'0" pass door with window and frame, single sided photo eye with reflector, and two pairs of custom steel angle photo eye protectors. The rolling door shall be mounted inside on face of the existing jambs. The door curtain shall be of large curve slats, 22 gauge. The bottom of curtain shall be reinforced by an extruded aluminum foot piece with astragal to be equipped with one new monitored photo eye to meet UL-325 anti-entrapment devices. New photo eye protectors shall be mounted to the concrete floor and wall and powder-coated safety yellow. Work shall be completed between 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday (excluding Federal Holidays) unless authorized by the Contracting Officer. The contractor shall clean up all areas daily and remove all waste material.
