Statement of Requirement
The U.S. Forest Service requires janitorial services for the Trabuco District Ranger Office, Cleveland National Forest. Services required include but are not limited to cleaning of floors, restrooms, offices, break rooms, kitchenettes, and trash/recycle bins emptied with content disposed. See Attachment 1 - Performance Work Statement for a complete list of requirements.

A site visit is scheduled for Monday 31 August 2026 at 10:00 AM Pacific Daylight Time at 1147 E. Sixth Street, Corona, CA 92879.
The contractor shall provide all equipment, transportation, labor, and supervision to perform janitorial services at the Trabuco District Ranger Office at 1147 E. Sixth Street, Corona, CA 92879, covering approximately 5,243 square feet across four buildings (Staff Offices Bldg 201, Fire Offices Bldg 202, Administrative Offices Bldg 203, Conference Center Bldg 2303). Services include weekly cleaning of all areas, quarterly window and blind cleaning, semi-annual door frame and window glass cleaning, and annual steam cleaning of carpets, deep cleaning of windows, and cleaning of restroom walls and grout. Services shall be performed two times per week, Tuesday and Thursday during business hours (8:00 am to 4:00 pm), excluding federal holidays.
