CTX Chapel Window Repair/Replacement

The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and supervision necessary to perform the removal and replacement of Chapel windows in Building 99. Work includes measurement verification, removal and haul off existing windows, preparation of openings, installation of new units, sealing, finishing, cleanup, and providing documentation upon completion. The contractor shall remove and reinstall window treatments as needed, move furnishings as needed to access windows, avoid interruptions in Sunday church services, reseal the existing stained-glass window, present an estimate for pre-approval to replace any unforeseen rotten wood, and remove and replace 7 damaged concrete lintels with rebar. All windows shall be double pane, picture frame fixed (non-functional) with Colonial Grids between the panes.
