Scaffolding for Repair and Repoint Chalmette Monum

The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision and travel to design, erect, maintain and dismantle OSHA-compliant scaffolding at the Chalmette Monument, including engineered stamped drawings, erection on all four sides without attachment to stone, debris netting, levels with 7-foot minimum vertical spacing with full access to the pyramidion, hoisting bay for 1-ton electric hoist, staging and water-tank platforms, overhead entrance protection, stairs, planking and guardrails, monthly and pre-use competent-person inspections, coordination of delivery and mobilization with the NPS COR, and demobilization and cleanup within 150 days from notice to proceed.
