The vendor shall provide one compact, high-speed machining system (Datron Neo or equal) including delivery, installation, and operational setup. The system must be a standalone floor unit 32 inches wide or less, with a working area of at least 18" x 15" x 5", operate on 220-240V single phase, and include a 2kW 40,000rpm high-frequency spindle, touchscreen control system, 3D machining simulation, 24-tool automatic changer, handheld remote control, integrated camera, touch probe, internal spindle cooling, microjet mist coolant system, vacuum work holding ports, and compressed air connections. Deliverables include the assembled system, all accessories, installation and startup assistance, operator documentation, basic user training, and warranty information.
