This is a firmed fixed priced (FFP) procurement for Set- Aside Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) competition for Base plus 4 one-year option periods.

The contractor must supply all materials, supplies, and tools necessary to accomplish all tasks as outlined in the SOW. All materials and supplies must be in accordance with FAA SOW's and DOL Wage Determinations.

Proposals must be received by email no later than the specified date and time listed in block 8 of the solicitation document to Jennifer Walker-Gomez (aaq530proposals@faa.gov). Proposals will only be accepted at the email address provided and all other email addresses will be disregarded.
Any responses received after the closing date and time may not be considered in accordance with AMS provision 3.2.2.3-14, Late Submission, Modifications, and Withdrawals of Submittals.
This RFO is not to be constructed as a contract or a commitment of any kind. The Government shall not be liable for payment of any costs attributed to preparation and Submission of required proposal documentation.
The contractor must furnish all equipment, materials, supervision, and labor to provide snow removal and/or salting services to clear sidewalks, parking lots, roadways, and loading dock areas at Washington ARTCC (825 Market Street, Leesburg, VA) and Potomac TRACON/FAA Command Center (3699 Macintosh Drive, Warrenton, VA). Services include snow removal by occurrence for depths of 2" and below, 2"-6", 6.1"-12", and 12.1" or more, as well as sidewalk sanding/salting, parking lot sanding/salting, sidewalk shoveling, and snow plowing/salt/ATV equipment for sidewalks. The contractor must supply all materials, supplies, and tools necessary, and all work must comply with FAA SOWs and DOL Wage Determinations.
