The Town of Strasburg is soliciting sealed bids from qualified contractors for the renovation and repurposing of the former bank building at 115 West King Street, Strasburg, VA 22657, for use as the new Strasburg Police Station. Work includes interior demolition and renovations, structural upgrades, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and low-voltage improvements, parking lot reconfiguration, security fencing, and related site work.A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on Thursday, September 17, 2026, at 10:00 AM in the Strasburg Town Hall Council Chambers, 174 East King Street. Bids will only be accepted from prime contractors represented at the meeting.Bids are due through the eVA website by 2:00 PM on Monday, October 19, 2026, and will be publicly opened and read aloud thereafter.
