Cisco Branch Ontonagon River Bridge Replacement

The contractor will remove the existing concrete T-beam bridge and replace it with a 70-foot (overall length) single span concrete I-girder bridge with a concrete deck, concrete abutments, and H-pile foundations. The scope includes mobilization, construction survey and staking, silt fence installation, clearing and grubbing, removal of the old structure, roadway and structure excavation, embankment, structural backfill, riprap placement, geotextile installation, aggregate base and shoulder work, asphalt cement paving, joint sealant and sawcutting, steel H-pile driving and preboring, furnishing pile driving equipment, expansion joint devices, structural concrete (Class A(AE)), prestressed concrete I-girders, epoxy coated reinforcing steel, galvanized structural steel, bridge railing, membrane waterproofing, deck forming, bearing devices, underdrain systems, curb and gutter, guardrail and terminals, placing topsoil, seeding, mulching, rolled erosion control product, wood posts, object markers, and temporary traffic control. The contractor must also coordinate utility relocation work at no additional cost to the project.
