The Invoice Processing Platform (IPP) is a secure, web-based system provided by the U.S. Department of the Treasury's Bureau of the Fiscal Service in partnership with the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis. IPP is available at no cost to any commercial vendor or independent contractor doing business with a participating government agency.
The contractor must supply one new air operated tire changer that meets or exceeds the specified salient features, including handling alloy and steel car and light truck tires, a 4-clamp air cylinder operated wheel-clamping system, a swing-away or tilt-back mount/demount mechanism, and a 3-year parts warranty. The contractor must also provide unloading, installation, and training, and deliver within 120 days.
