REQUEST FOR QUOTATION: The West Virginia Purchasing Division is soliciting bids on behalf of West Virginia Division of Highways (WVDOH) to establish an open-end contract for Breakaway Sign Supports to be used in the installation of highway signing. Per the Bid Requirements, Specifications, Terms and conditions attached to this solicitation.
The contract is for the supply of breakaway sign supports and associated hardware, including various stub posts (S4X7.7, W6X12, W8X18, W10X22), sign supports (tops, bottoms, complete posts), base and hinge materials, keeper plates, hinge plates, brass shims, and various heavy hex bolts, nuts, and washers. The estimated quantities are for bid purposes only and actual quantities will be determined by the needs of the West Virginia Division of Highways.
