Open-End Contract (Ice and Snow Melting Products) The West Virginia Purchasing Division is soliciting bids on behalf of the West Virginia Army National Guard (WVARNG) to establish an open-end contract with a qualified vendor for the delivery of Ice and Snow Melting Products, F.O.B. destination, to WVARNG facilities statewide.
The vendor shall provide Meltaway Ice Melter Blend-Blue Dye Indicator or Equal (50 lb bags), Urea 46-0-00 (CAS Number 57-13-6) or Equal (50 lb bags), and Scotwood Industries Road Runner Ice Melt or Equal (20 lb bags) to WVARNG facilities statewide. Delivery must be F.O.B. destination, and standard orders must be delivered within three to five working days after orders are received. The contract is open-end, with estimated quantities of 2500 bags for Item 3.1, 400 bags for Item 3.2, and 100 bags for Item 3.3.
