The West Virginia Purchasing Division is soliciting bids on behalf of The West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection to establish a contract for the one-time purchase of seven (7) Laptops Model equivalent: HP ProBook 4 G2i series or approved vendor equal and four (4) Docking Station per the attached specifications and terms and conditions.
The contractor must supply seven (7) laptops meeting or exceeding specifications (HP ProBook 4 G2i series or equal, Windows 11 Enterprise, Intel Core Ultra 5, 16GB DDR5 RAM, 512GB SSD, backlit keyboard, 720p webcam, minimum 3 USB ports, 15" HD display, Gigabit Ethernet, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.1, TPM 2.0, four-year onsite warranty, Absolute Resilience 5-year license) and four (4) docking stations compatible with the bid laptop, supporting dual monitors, Gigabit Ethernet, USB-C power, and minimum 3 USB-A 3.0 ports plus 1 USB-C port. Delivery is F.O.B. destination to 601 57th Street, SE, Charleston, WV 25304 within 30 calendar days of purchase order.
