The West Virginia Parkways Authority (WVPA) is issuing this solicitation as a request for quotation ("RFQ") for Two (2) New Class 3 (3500 Series) Diesel Crew Cab and Chassis. By submitting a Bid, the Offeror represents that it has carefully read the terms and conditions of this RFQ, including all attachments and addenda, and agrees to be bound by them.
The vendor must provide two new, unused, current-production, factory-manufactured Class 3 crew cab chassis trucks with four full-size doors, front and rear passenger seating, supplied as a bare chassis without a pickup bed or installed vocational body. Each unit must be diesel-powered, white, equipped with dual fuel tanks with fuel fill on the driver's side, have a cab-to-axle dimension of 60 inches, a nominal 34-inch frame width, a dual rear wheel configuration, a manufacturer-installed automatic transmission, and a manufacturer-rated GVWR of 10,001 to 14,000 pounds. Delivery must be to 265 Neptune Drive, Beckley, WV 25801 within 120 calendar days after receipt of purchase order.
