Furnish labor, plant, power, equipment and supplies to excavate, backfill and grade highwall to estimated original contours, dispose of materials, tires, trash and metal, install stabilized construction entrance, silt fencing, level spreaders, grouted filter fabric and grass-lined drainage channels, stone check dams, underdrains, conveyance pipe, surveying and construction layout, quality control, site preparation including clearing and grubbing, and revegetation including 30 acres revegetation and 22 acres tree planting with ripping and planting approximately 680 trees per acre.
