The contractor shall purchase, transport and deliver new, unused goods in original manufacturer packaging to the Government's designated central warehouses in St. Thomas and St. Croix, coordinate delivery schedules, transport using appropriate vehicles, deliver during normal business hours with packing slips, delivery tickets, invoices and warranty documentation, replace damaged, defective or non-conforming items at no additional cost, bear risk of loss until acceptance, and perform on a Delivered Duty Paid basis as Importer of Record with inspection and acceptance within 10 business days.
