The Contractor shall supply groceries and meats to the Virgin Islands Department of Human Services in the St. Thomas/St. John District. Deliveries shall be made within twenty (20) calendar days after receipt of an official Purchase Order, between 8:00 A.M. to 12:00 A.M. and 1:00 P.M. to 4:00 P.M. The Contractor assumes all responsibility for delivery, including picking up from docks and transporting to the ordering department. All meats must be stamped indicating U.S. Government Inspection. The contract period is from execution to September 1, 2027, with a possible one-year renewal.
