The Respondent shall provide, install, and operate one or more wellness vending machines that are temperature controlled, ensure user privacy, and accept the University's Transact Campus card payment system. The Respondent is responsible for machine installation, stocking, maintenance, and removal, with vendor access permitted only during normal business hours (8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.). The University will provide a designated location and 110v electricity. The Respondent must propose an attractive commission structure based on gross sales, with the University incurring zero costs for the equipment or products. The Respondent must also offer co-branding opportunities and comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws.
