The contractor shall purchase and deliver office and school supplies to the Government's designated central warehouses in St. Thomas (8201 Subbase, 1st Floor) and St. Croix (3274 Estate Richmond, Christiansted). Deliveries must be made within 20 calendar days after receipt of a release purchase order, during normal business hours (8:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM). The contractor is responsible for all risks of loss or damage until acceptance, must supply goods in new, unused original packaging, and must replace any damaged or non-conforming items at no additional cost. The Government will inspect and accept or reject goods within 10 business days of receipt.
