The contractor shall purchase and deliver household goods and supplies to the Government's designated central warehouses in St. Thomas and St. Croix. Deliveries must be made within 20 calendar days after receipt of a release purchase order, during normal business hours (8:00am to 12:00am and 1:00pm to 4:00pm). The contractor is responsible for all risks of loss or damage until acceptance, must supply goods in new, unused, original manufacturer packaging, and must provide at least 48 hours advance notice prior to delivery. The Government will inspect and accept or reject goods within 10 business days of receipt. Invoicing is submitted through GVIBuy, and payment is targeted within 30 days of invoice receipt.
