Pre-Bid Conference: Pre-proposal Meeting is scheduled for October 16, 2026, at 10:00a.m. via Microsoft Teams. Link provided in the attachment tab.
Phase 1 includes technical feasibility studies, system architecture design, PE-sealed engineering plans and specifications, site surveys, host agency MOUs, EHP support materials, permitting identification, cost estimates, and a detailed project schedule. Deliverables include finalized project scope description, land/parcel survey documentation, site drawings/photos/coordinates, EHP analysis and SHPO support materials, final engineering design plans and technical specifications (signed/sealed by a PE), cost narrative, SF-424C, expenditure plan, detailed project schedule (Gantt chart), executed MOUs with all host entities, and a permitting and regulatory compliance package. Phase 1 does NOT include procurement, construction, installation, or any ground-disturbing activity.
