The contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, equipment, tools, insurance, safety gear, and contractor-furnished materials necessary to prepare and install a high-durability, slip-resistant epoxy flooring system across approximately 3,500 square feet of concrete floor. Work includes mobilization and site preparation with containment zones and HEPA-filtered dust extraction; mechanical surface preparation to CSP-3 using shot blaster or planetary grinder; repair of cracks and spalls; application of Government-furnished primer and GARON Tigerbond 221 Ultra epoxy base coat; broadcast of contractor-furnished slip-resistant aggregate (30/50 mesh aluminum oxide or silica sand); and application of a final lock coat of Government-furnished epoxy. The contractor is responsible for receiving, inventorying, and properly mixing Government-furnished materials.
